Our standard delivery takes 2–4 working days and costs £4.

We offer a 30-day returns policy, which means you have 30 days from receiving your order to return it. Items must be unworn and in the same condition you received them. Returns are handled via Evri.

To start a return:

1. Go to your Orders and click ‘Start Return’.
   
2. You will receive a QR code to scan at any Evri drop-off location.
   

Returns cost £4, and your refund will be processed within 14 days of us receiving your item.

We’re sorry if any items are missing or there’s an issue with your order. Please contact us before leaving a review, and our team will work with you to resolve the problem quickly. We’ll ensure you either receive a replacement, a refund or the support you need to make things right.
